The OUYA game console is now out. It seems to be without DRM and their
development kit is available under a Free Software license.

Does anyone here already know if there is any non-free software on the
boxes excluding the games?

The OpenGL libraries will certainly be proprietary software. I'm not
aware of any ARM devices where this isn't the case as shipped (although
there are ongoing projects to produce open drivers for some graphics
cores, e.g. lima and freedreno).
